I made a Mexican feast for the family last night, starring my favourite shredded chicken tacos. 👩🏽🍳💃🏼 Onion, chicken breasts, taco mix, salsa and chicken stock, all in one pan for 90 mins, shred the chicken, and add back to the sauce - perfect for a Mexican night!

(Invited) Had such a lovely time at the @hotelchocolat Bean to Bar event today. A prosecco on arrival, chocolate tasting, making your own chocolate from scratch, we even had to grind our own cocoa nibs, a tempering masterclass, delicious hot chocolate whilst they set and a yummy goodie bag to go home with! Amazing value for money and a fantastic experience if you are a chocoholic like myself! Cant wait to try the chocolate I made 😋
